Can human brain multitask?

Rate this post

The truth about multi-tasking is – not suitable for our human brain.

Stanford university research has shown that our brain is not designed to do more than one thing at a time. If we try to multi-task, we become defocus and may lead to cognitive damage. This is no good for your mental health. Our brain is not built to do two things at once.

Multi-tasking will make us less efficient.
